Tight fit

“That was lucky,” barked Baron. He was referring to the fact that we had to fit on the hard standing at the White House Farm, Uckfield rally over the May Day Holiday weekend.
It’s hard to remember now, but the week before the rally had been very wet and the field was saturated, but luckily the hard standing has been extended and we could fit all ten vans on.
That left room for the rally officer to errect a large gazebo which we could all sit under for our Saturday night barbecue meal, which was as well as there were a few spots of rain, but the days the secretary was present were fine and sometimes sunny
